On March 12th, 2020, the WHO, also known as the World Health Organization, announced Coronavirus 19 as a pandemic. A pandemic is a virus that affects the majority of countries around the globe. Since then, many governments issued a stay at home order to reduce the spread of COVID 19. Many people all over the world have been struggling with their health as a result. This is mainly due to stress which leads to some unhealthy habits. To help this issue, here is a guide to staying healthy during COVID 19.

Eating right

In times of stress, many people resort to comfort food. However, comfort food is usually full of fat, sugar and/ or salt which makes it unhealthy. To avoid this, take the opportunity of being at home and having extra time to experiment with new, healthy recipes.
